PLEASE WHAT IS PROBLEM WITH MY CYCLONEBOX
MOST OF TIMES I GET THIS ERROR

Initializing security card...
Security Card Process APDU Error -> Received TPDU NAD byte is not addressed for this device
Security Card Fetch Card SN Error -> APDU Process problem
Initialization has failed -> Problem with reading Card Serial Number

BUT SOME TIME BOX IS WORKING WELL

open the box and check if the smart card is inserted properly.. check as well if the simcard reader is fitted properly.

if ur box is in warrenity simple send it back to ur reseller and get replacment

warenty void if removed sticker
