If you use downgrade/Fast repair on your phone and it doesn't work, how do you restore your phone?

flash with the original firmware version
write back back-up RPL (that you must done before try to downgrade)

ok I don't have back-up rpl. If I read ASK file from my phone after the downgrade, is it still ok to use this ASK file to get RPL from a service provider like http://www.eoem.biz/buy,494-Nokia+BB...+service.html?
