if in cyclone session.. cyclone still the best for users....

Exact.. you can't ask in a product support fourm if is better their tool or another one.
Polls as well are useless as the people keep voting the box they own.
Have a look arount the different support forums and have a check at the logs, successfull stories, complaints etc etc.. it is the best way
