Blackberry Module not working. Help please - GSM-Forum

Hi, I use the last update and the last firmware but I cant connect any devices.
No read the phone.
Only show the PIN but nothing more

Waiting for new Blackberry USB Device (timeout 30 seconds)...
New device attached, checking if it's Blackberry...
This is not Blackberry device, still waiting...
New device attached, checking if it's Blackberry...
Blackberry Found!
PIN: 244xxxx

no more...

Can help me please ?

Disable the password and off mass storage mode. If same use some mep reader and unlock via imei + mep

Hi,
This device not have password, is desactivated

I update all, installer, replace .exe and firmware.
But cant detect all info. Stuck only on a PIN

I test in other handset and the sw work well.
How I make to desactivate mass storage mode ?

The sw is not stable...
Sometimes detect the device and sometimes not.
I check with 5 phones and only detect 1

Yes, I update the last version of installer, .exe and firmware.

Hi Dany
use a different USB port of your computer and use a better usb cable.
The info reading are done at 95% by the rim drivers so no relation with the suite and this issue looks like is only yours

to disable the mass storage mode, once you connect the mobile, look at its screen.. will ask you about it

1ST-PUSH READ PHONE THAN CONECT THE CALE

2ND-make sure you have installed usb drives AND try again

Yes, I make exactly than you told me and the drivers are installed properly.
I make a work with other tool and no get any problem.

so if drives are ok im sure step 1 works like a charm ////

when you read any bb u need do all this all THE TIME

BTW TAKE A GOOD CABLE TO DO THAT

About Mass Storage Mode ...u can use a Command line tool to disable it after unlocking re enable it again with that tool...
google for it .
And if u have desktop manager installed will be more easy to detect phone by SW.
