Unhappy Cyclone "Can't Create NaviFirm LandingZone, Please check application privileges".

Hey people of the Cyclone community.

I am currently in a dilemma, and unable to get my cyclone box operational due to an error that comes up.

The error states "Can't Create NaviFirm LandineZone, Please check application privileges"

However when I clicked ok on the error and head to "Box Wizard" my box comes up with the orange "VBAT" light and unable to proceed with any functions.

What am I doing wrong?

PS. I have set the application to Run as Administrator and changed the Installation folder permissions to Full control as well, but that did not help.

Regards

Freakster

Go to settings->paths and check if StoredFiles\LandingZone is there. If not, add this.

Anyway, this msg shouldn't make any problems ....

Hi Karwos thanks for your reply, I have checked the directory and "LandingZone" is currently shown within the StoreFiles folder.

I also have tried removing the directory and re-adding the folder, still no luck.

And setting the landingzone directory to one in the HDD root (ex: c:\cyfiles) or other folder with no restrictions like a folder inside desktop?

Reinstalling cyclone? or maybe a chkdsk for problems on partition or folder structure?
If re-installing cyclone, save the stored files folder to other folder so it wont be deleted together with its content.
