after updating my firmware yesterday and i'm trying to unlock and even making factory set of DCT4 handset there is always an error...

i can only manage to get INFO but i can't unlock or even Factory set the handset........ any solution.. my cable is good.

yes,i am agree with u br,i have cyclone box also,but wana make sure,if i update my firmware,may be not work any more,so i am scared,becaz i dont want buy that clip,who is anounced by cyclone yesterday.plz soraya lets know ,what is true,u can not force us to buy this clip,if any body dont want this clip,and he has activation dct4 plus and latest box,how will work with this update or dont update needed?please make clear.thanx.

just relax brother
flash your phone in the same version
check unlock for settings

your problem solve

we need confirmation from soraya,if is risky to update?if we dont buy this clip and keep working with our latest box.waiting for soraya,s reply.

why need to reflash? the phone is working only unlocking is just needed and why my other box can unlock without errors and without flashing.... i'm just confused for my cyclone box for some errors i encountered coz i LOve using this box than other nokia tools in unlocking..
