Help with a dead N8!

Hi all! I've got an N8 here that was brought to me not powering on. So I connected it to Cyclone using FBus cable with TX2 attached. According to the owner it stopped working after updating to Belle.

backup all certs files
erase NPC only and check whether phone can boot to local mode and post result
