How to reset counter NCK 7230 ?? - GSM-Forum

Hello i have a nokia 7230 with:
Key counter: 0 of 3
Fbus counter: 0 of 10

How i can reset counters to put the unlock code?

Now when i put de code say "password incorrect"

did you tried to enter LEVEL 1 code by keyboard directly (on phone)?

yes, but phone say "password incorrect" because the customer try to unlock some times and the counter is:
0 of 3 (key)
and 0 of 10 (usb)

in cyclone, in simlock tab press reset counters

I click on resert counters but dont reset.
