Hi!

I have the following problem:
my Clonebox went dead on the 13th september (just exactly after 2 years of usage) only the box was faulty, so I had repalced the smart card to another unregistered cyclone pcb.
After that I need to register the box but I can't do that, because my smart card is already assigned with the dead box.
Can U - Cyclone supporter - pls enable me to register the new pcb with my old smart card?
Here is a scrrenshot of the error with all needed infos:

I just check Your box even dont register! Please use Box wizard.

We had problems with cyclone server, but on this moment it works fine-please check now.

Offcourse, You cant!
Each smart card works only with one MCU so You couldnt replace smart card just like that! Please send request with new and old details on [email protected] (copy to kasia@**********) I will try help You.
