Lumia 800 unlock nss says nothing found - GSM-Forum

Looking for phone...Not found!
Can't read IMEI, backup will be skipped.

Looking for NAND disk...Not found.
Things to check:
1. Is the phone connected?(Plug to the USB)
2. Is it in the correct mode?(Try to switch to OSBL mode)
3. Have you installed the Qcom loader ?(Use the Install button)

1. Restore Nokia DLOAD
2. Flash with difrent FW versiob
3. Root and unlock again

Cause: patching depends of lot of factors. Probably nokia changed somrthing in AMSS and patchers cant find correct handle in AMSS to patc.

This problem egsist only in very very old firmware just write to phone first firmware with windows phone 7.8 and after will work 100%.

do i need to use tp to flash dload back?
i think if i dont flash dload back , it wont get detected to be flashed anymore.

Since let the phone with Qualcomm OSBL in customer hand is too dangerous.
Is possible to make any backup of important parts of partitions of eMMC please?

No not possible is customer delete partitione bootoloader will be deleted mean phone not power on anymore.

Hehe kłamczuch jak zrobi backup całej kości (~7,4GB) a klient zrobi format to bez problemu przywróci telefon do życia

And if you have backup how can you rewrite it ? When the customer made format on the emmc chip, the phone can't connect to pc via usb . You have to use direct emmc write (for example atf with soldered wires- nice job

) .
