My Box is dead! need help - GSM-Forum

Hi SiRoYa. Im Calvinpower and I need some help.
have used my box for couple of years now. till yesterday When I reconnected the usb cable in the box i received this msg:
(Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode).
the box cant be detected on my computer.
what i think its a hardware fault. when i plug in the usb the vbat LED blinks once and then the green LED (TX) lights for three seconds and followed by the blue LED which blinks once and goes off.
Ive updated the drivers on all USB ports. uninstalled then reinstalled still i get the same error msg.
When that didnt work i went to device manager to see if i could find it detected in device manager. oops still no detection even in device manager.

So I figured it must be a hardware issue.
I really like my cyclone box!!! Just wondering how i could revive it.

Open your box and check smartcard and smartcard connectorl.
Eject card, clean it, clean connector, put it back and post results.
