no auto update cyclone box

i delete antivirus
and still no update i download installer from link
http://www.**********/CycloneBoxInstaller.exe
but its 1.21 not 1.22

i can't use my box now "card is empty " need update to full it

You need to Use "Box Wizard" !!!

"Auto Update" is ONLY used when there is a New SOFTWARE Release.

For Box FW & Card related issues you MUST use "Box Wizard"

If Server desn't allow to update, please post your Box SN in this Sticky:

"Auto Update" is ONLY used when there is a New SOFTWARE Release.
i download and install last installer
and auto update never worked on my computer after download update ask me to restart cyclone and then start download update 1%--->100% and me for restart , for ever
and every time i download it manual but in this now i don't find manual update

"Box Wizard" work only on last update that i can't get it
pls need link for last installer
and link for cyclone.exe after update who have it uplode it for me plz

Please make a bakup of the "Stored Files Folder" then Uninstall Cyclone Software, then Delete the Cyclone Program Folder.... then Install again the software...

Hi Bro,
disable your antivirus and retry: load of chances is it the cause of the problem or, if not, is the windows user which hasn't the right as administrator

i use windows xp sp3 auto update

if was problem on that i were not asked
