Pls help me cyclone team about this box problem


can somebody from the team explain to me what this error means?my box seems to fail with selftest

Cool

1. You must use only one USB cable from PC USB to Cyclone BOX
2. Disconnect the box, restart Cyclone application
3. Restart PC

if after this steps you have same problem and the software detects that you don't have enough current then its a hardware problem and you should contact the reseller for a exchange

hello friend we had the same problem when that exist i just disconnect the cable and run cyclone again and works fine friend... thanksss

nothing i just installed the box and i wanna update this thread the box still gives me this error from time to time

it has 6 month warrenty so yes u can ask
