Red face Problem with Main Mode [ Solved ]

Hello Cyclone team, first of all I want to thank you for this excellent tool. Truth is one of the best, I always say you can not say that one is the best. But I use it all the time, the problem I had and I have since I bought it when I connect is connected in Bootloader mode, and then when I click down begins as Nokia Tool to change all the time and I have to connect and disconnect several times to connect in Main Mode.

How I can fix this? I await your prompt response, because now if I do not even connect it to Main Mode.

Ah .. either when you want to do maintenance to the box to update your firmware lets me connect to the server (with the only one that happens to me I have no firewall or anything)
Here the log:

Thanks!
