the box is updated but i cant flash bb5 phones wit him, the adaptor is good, i checked with other box

once done flash the mobbile with "use tx2" ticked

it is a nokia 5130 the one you are flashing.. are you sure the cable is 100% working?
looks like a TX2 line error

is problem from box side.
i think tx2 line, but inside box pcb.
because his adapter was tested with my box, and flashing went ok.
when his box was used, with same phone same adapter..his box failed to flash phone, showing that error.
so is problem from inside box pcb.
the pcb must be replaced , and will be ok.

If the defect is in the box he has 2 options
a) check and eventually resolder on the pcb the service port (may be the problem is there)
b) Buy a box without smartcard like This one
