n75 not working after unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello i unlocked N75 now pm is bad. I resent the correct locked pm but the phone is still showing config key and provider key as 00000000000000000. Any way to repair this without buying rpl. Thanks.

Hello I have original backup for this phone , but I read with bb5+ unlocker. When I write this locked bkup with normal jaf no testpoint I get config and provider key 0000000000000000 etc. I do self test with Jaf it changes to
CONFIG KEY: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
PROVIDER KEY: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Nezt i open Jaf no testpoint unlocker and repair sl area and it changes provider key to at^t again and its unlocked. However I still get contact retailer message at startup. Any sugetsions?

Restore again the 1st Backup & use Repair button instead.

This is only your fault, you have used wrong sw JAF BB5+ no TP v1.02
N75 is old bb5 and should be used with JAF Nokia BB5 Unlocker v1.04

In sticky thread i wrote which models works with which sw :

Phones supported by JAF_Nokia_BB5_&_BB5+_Unlocker

I also warned about saving full pm (0-400) before any attempt to unlock so you can restore the phone in its previous state (locked and working) if something goes wrong...

Now what you can do:
-use Jaf no tp 1.04 and restore the backup (the one made with Jaf bb5+ 1.02)
-if restoring the backup doesn't solve the problem, try SL repair with v1.04 and post here all logs (also info readed with JAF main sw)

in this time u should try to read rpl backup then wriiting blank rpl so then checking imei if imei is 12345 very easy to wite 308 then witting rpl and cheching info

Hello I tried writing blanlk rpl imei changed to 123......, however I need a good pm. I have searched, even downloaded modified pm but still doesnt remove "startup failed". Help me with link.

if sl zone ok and imei ok and still contact retailer, try write PM 1, 139 with SX4
This should arrange problem
