i have same problem
i try sd auth and ok
write pm 1,309 is ok
security test pass
but after power on show conntact services
read again =security test failed

any idea?

1.erase pm
2.very important check the working sx4 server & select the same
3.write full pm(excluding 308) with sx4 auth
4.scan phone & check status of simlock & security
5.if not okay then do the process required(init sim lock or sd repair)
6.if still getting security failed auth sx4 & write pm with field 1,309

also remember above process is 100% working if full flash erasing is not done
if full erarsing has been done then one has to restore hwc & ccc certificates
or back rpl (with all data) must be restored

Please note that "SD Repair" function is DIFFERENT than "SD Auth" !" SD Repair" is under "Imei and security" > "Imei rebuild" tab. Good luck

may be your problem is hwc_ccc rpl...

try this to see the problem in rpl

1.service
2.phone test
3.various
4.bb5 cet validation...

if hwc_ccc rpl is empty download hwc_ccc rpl and write in your phone..

in my experience if you want to write pm and the super dongle is not damage when you try to make sx4 auth or super sd auth always give error..first thing to do is repair super dongle even not damage then make super sd auth and write pm ...in this process im sure super sd auth will be ok and you can write pm...post resul

face the same problem with 3110c in the new version but other fones work fine.procedure used
sd repair
recover certificate
super sd auth
write full pm
but still security test failed
any answer to help me or the server fault with 3110 c set . please explain

this will happen with 3110 no other software than mxkey will able to remove this

just follow simple step

1) repair sd

2) * most important * recover certificate (this is only process will do u a lot in 3110 security test fails c\s )
3) supersd auth with rf\bb tick then when auth click write

i will remove more than 100 c\s of security test fails with mx key

its only done by mxkey

so well done mx team for ur hard work
