HTI BOX FW 00.24 only works with 3.5rev1.4.
any older version or crossed module will not work.

also problem in usb mode

Check power from USB port of your PC. I think the power is low.
Use good USB cable to connect HTI box to PC, and try to upgrade your PC PSU.

this is driver issue. (your computer issue)

try to install OVI, some times helped. click to download OVI
