just remove the "generic card reader" from device manager and then reinstall drivers using files from drivers directory in mxkey 3.5/data/drivers/hti

it is not "telling the truth" is advertising your lack of knowledge

yes, I know how to turn ON the computer and click the mouse over the icons. So now I can teach other how to turn the computer ON and how to click the mouse.

that is the beauty of forums... everybody is an expert, and nobody EVER search before they ask.

the other thing is NOT everybody speak/write good in english.... so a lot is missing in translation from swahili to russian or from chinese to turkish.

I lost the idea that I had...
botton line: I do not care.

to get support there is some information needed: screenshots, steps done and such.

I was bored, so I wrote whatever I felt to write... it is few of the things you can do for free these days....

Take time to read instructions carefully. If in doubt, check it out. Do it once and do it right. An error on your part does not constitute an emergency on their part.

once you install all drivers and the software. restart your computer.
after restart plug you mxbox with mxkey smartcard
take time to make drivers loaded
you can see it via its lead blinking
maybe up to 30 seconds or less
when led blinking stop
then start to run the software

its simple reconnect pekey or mxbox then restart sofware.
if same problem then remove pkey & mx box then restart your computer.
after restart wait 1 minutes then insert pkey & mxbox one by one
now start the software your problem is solved.
try it.

solution at the moment:

step 1. you can do this in 1 minute.

to solved your problem back to step 1.

step 2. here's my FINAL solution

replaced this smartcard socket from old CHINA PHONE(golden pin w/ steel holder).

now,my mxbox rocks,no more chit chat.

do it at your own risk!
