No Security Dongle detected - GSM-Forum

Hello people
i have problem with my MX-KEY
after installing my windows my MX working ok
but after restart my computer my pc cant see it and shows me " No Security Dongle detected "
what's the problem with it ?

check whether the drivers are properly installed

the driver is ok
i found solution better than installing windows
i have to remove MX driver before restart, reinstall it after
but i need better solution ,
anyone can help ?

easy solution is this check these drivers are instilling if yes then just reinstall it
C:\mobileEx\3.3\data\drivers\card\FT2K
