No Security Dongle detected error - GSM-Forum

hi mx key experts i am facing a strange probelm with mx key i install set up &it install sucessfully after installiation when i launch software it gives the following error
No Security Dongle detected error..............................
when i update driver the system asks for file which is needed ...............please help me fellowes thanks in advance

Reinsert smart card inside reader(may be somewht lose connection in sim reader) . . . .

If your reader is installed correctly, looks like the pins of your MXKEY reader are broken.
Change your reader or ask your reseller for warranty exchange.
We give 6 months full warranty exchange for all MXKEY dongles sold.
