convert T290a to T290i and TAC Number

please LEAD have any option to convert a T290a Gsm850 to T290i Gsm900/1800.


and update Tac for this model.

Change antena switch ( EPCOS 1009 ) - reflash with T290i flash file and GDFS upgrade ( like if you convert T230 to T290 ) - init security zone with 900MHz band lock checked - opss - you will achieve 900MHz working T290i.

P.S. it's true to say that some other passive components must be changed also to get 100% identical radio, but if you no need precision alignment - then antena swich is enough.
