HI I AM TRYING TO UNLOCK A K310A

WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT IT DOES NOT CONNECT!! CAN SOMEBODY PLEAS HELP ME OUT ANY SUGESTIONS
PLS TELL ME HOW TO UNLOCK THIS MODEL..

Why use Usb cable on this phone???, use old cable for this platform,
Also make sure the Battery is charged....

yes just use old cable not usb and it will work a treat
