I have the same problem with a k750i
The problem started when i tried to change language but it kept stopping while flashing.
I full charged the battery, my cable is for 3v and now when i try to attach phone and it displays the same error as yardh's phone.
I tried force recovery mode for cid 36 but when i press repair certificate it fails.
The phone is brand new and the customer is waiting

Hi,
Thanks for your kindly replies.
I use cruiser 4 in 1 cable, which connect each other between two parts via PS/2.
I also use a DC3.3v power supply, as you see, cruiser can detect CID and chipid information.
Any other hints? Maybe Lead have solution.
best regards

Here are two, keyboard up. Sorry if the quality is not great but I tried

By the way, Hyperterminal does not react at all with this cable, but it does with the t28 lead and the same uc10.

Here are the pins:

5-orange
6-brown
7-empty
8-red 3v+
9-GND black 3v- and green
10-red
11-black
12-yellow

Now I am trying to compare these to t28 that is in set and working.

I got it working. It seems the PS2 connectors in some Teleway cables are not set up right.

I disassembled the T28 connector (the one I tested OK) and used the wires to solder to the k750 connector.

At least in mine:
Brown = DTMS
Orange = DFMS
Red = CTMS
Black = CFMS
Green = GND
Yellow = IGN

The colors are the same in both connectors so just match them to their previous locations.

A picture of the new cable is below. Note the new battery assembly- it outputs about 3.4v with 2 AA batteries and has a nice easy clip at the top. Cost me $1
