Need Help with Cruiser - GSM-Forum

Hello i know this will sound daft but in need of help. I purchased Cruiser yesterday in an effort to debrand handsets and am trying to follow the instructions but not having much luck. It is telling me to flash a firmware and language pack but I have no idea of where to get these from. Should they be in the Cruiser installation cd or is there a website that i need a username and password so that I can login there and download them.
I would be grateful for any help, especially in a non-jargon format,

I have just debranded 2 handsets in past 15 minutes wheras before I spent the last 2 days getting nowhere!
