Please , Need HELP with my Cruiser !!! - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone :

I had my Cruiser about 1 1/2 yr now , and it works great as usuall !!! I only use it once a month !!!

I did the last updated was 9.74 ver. and use it twice in July .. and it sat there until today. I cannot open the port anymore

, It'll appear something said " cruiser Expired , you'll need to update a newer version in support site "

Which I did Uninstall the current 9.74 in my pc and reinstall the 9.74 from the support site , Open the Program and now ALL the PORT are Disable

non clickable on the port

1. I'll need to know do I need to pay for something to reactivate my cruiser ??

2. If NOT , then can someone HELP me how to reinstall the right version, and enable those PORT again inside the program ??

Install Cruiser V10. V9.74 has expired.

Thanks guys , I didn't knew there was a 10. Ver.

because it was hidden on a different folder at support site

..

anyway I found it and installed , change my port to the correct one now and it seems I can open them up !! Thank you very much folks

one more questions , As I remembered befored my port will enable 1 , 3, 11 >> and I'm always using the UC10 port 11 .. now after install the 10 ver. the port 1 & 3 are dissapear .. Do I neccesary to enable those ports too ?? since I never use them before ??
