Try using Cruiser v6.10

Phone should work fine if you just pull the battery and place it back on.

I had something similiar with a red cid 29 k700i.
As this is the first time I've used my cruiser I panicked and tried allsorts I kept reflashing it and got allsorts of problems.I then removed my (CHEAP ) usb hub and then flashed the phone and it worked .
Check your connections ! and don't use cheap or cloned equipment.
