Strange Problem of Cruiser V2.00 and V2.10 - GSM-Forum

I got new cruiser v1.00 recently.It took me quite long time to installed it to my pc.It is geat ,But I encountered into another problem:I download Cruiser 2.00 and 2.10,run them from "exeonly" folder,They can be launched and everything seems fine ,But When I try to close them ,Wrong info

"An error has occured in the Frame Window.the message is "Access violation at address 005b1614 in the module'Cruiser_210.exe'.Read of address FFFA1CA8"

pop on the screen and cruiser window freezing .I have xp sp2 on my pc ,I have no idea of this ,Could anybuddy help me out?

This usually happens when Cruiser security scheme gets mad.
Do you have a Pentium 4 HT or something similar?

I had this problem with 2.10 a couple of times, no problem with 2.00 though. I am using P4.

Same happened here... P4 tooo... an old model... 1st P4 1,7GHz

yes, although i use 2.4ghz, i switch to another computer and no problems. Strange though, no problems with 2.00.

I can seem to reproduce this if I go to the "About" menu at some stage during my Cruiser session, or if I try to access the help file (which I know doesn't exist btw)

Can people try that? Read the about box a few times, then see if that causes your Cruiser to give funny error messages.

yes, have just tried your directions with 2.10 and the error message does appear.

Yes, msg really appears... I think it will be fixed when a cruiser.chm file exists... I will check if I rename fighter.chm...
