I have emailed that email, and the other one, and opened a ticket and no email has been answered except an email about migrating my account. No concern whatsoever about the actual IMEI's that I currently have pending, or what I am actually emailing to complain about. Just info on how to change to your new site. Ive just received 3 negative feedbacks in a row on ebay, so you would imagine how pissed I am. You have not responded to any of my emails, and you have not even processed my 3 IMEI's WHICH ARE 6 DAYS OLD!!!!!! I am closing my account with you and finding a different supplier. This level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous, and I guarantee you , I am not the only customer you will be losing today. You decided to upgrade your servers, which was your choice, but you had no thought whatsoever as to how long it would take and how it would have affected your customers. Your system was perfectly fine the way it was, it worked, and it ran smoothly. In 6 days, you managed to literally **** everything up, and completely ruin your reputation. Who takes down a perfectly working site, puts all their customers waiting, with 0 customer support, and then doesnt even fix their problems once their new site is online?!! I have done well over $15,000 USD in unlocks with you just in the past year alone , and the least you could have done was actually answer my emails or my ticket. All you did was switch the IMEI's from waiting to processing. In the past when I have had unlock codes not work, and I supplied you with a video, and you never refunded me, I looked over it because you sent codes on time, your payments were processed automatically. So it was a loss I was willing to take for the service I received. But this drew the line. You made promises as to it being fixed 5 different times, and none of which have been kept. I ordered 8 IMEI's with a different supplier today for the exact same service and all of them came back already, meaning that it is not the server, you are literally just not processing my codes. You can say whatever you want, but the level of anger I have right now is unreal. Ive kept a perfect feedback rating for 3 years , and in a week because of you, uve managed to mess it up. You have yourself a nice day…… |

But the flip side is king has some of the best prices. with that said, the reason his site went down is because he had to take the upgrade for the unlock script. I use the same one, as does 90% of every supplier you will use. The script is a piece of **** and every time a new version comes out you have to pray to *** that nothing will screw up when you take the upgrade..because if it does, the support for the script is so bad that you can be down for days. Every site i use who took the upgrade went down for at LEAST 1 day..dont believe the stuff about adding new services, adding better support, blah blah, im 100% sure the reason the site went down is because the upgrade messed up. I used to sell on ebay about 7 years ago, your account will get banned sooner or later, dont rely on it. Ride it while you can. | |
