The Big Problem of unlockking is its Very Poor Customer Service
No answer never any email, ticket never! never! and if it does is give a generic answer, never anything concrete

and lately with many delays on all orders

Hi , i'm afraid unlockking are encountering some delays... i got no replies from website and after emailed him directly , start to be worry now. Too bad because it's faster services and did a good business with him. Hope nothing serious. Besides if you reading us just be silent are not a solution...

I want to cancel my orders and have another server .
Because it took a lot and still are not waiting .

you respond send an email, but it is useless because you do not respond to any questions? I sent and no answer yet! I have orders in delay and errors in orders iphone worldwide, and you do not answer any question
