Cm flare s100 error in atf jtag

hi i have cm flare s100...

i try to flash with my new activate atf jtag...

but i get this error..

What ATFJ are you using?

Please download and use the latest version here:
ATF_JTAG_v1.0.11_Full_Installer.exe


Also, many CM Flare have bad eMMC... I am not sure if you eMMC is bad, but this looks like it does not accept data writes to it.

yeah i think my emmc is bad because i see the others thread is same us my problem..

emmc damage bro 128 mb only,u need 3.61 gb emmc detection before proced to flashing dump
