hi need help..dct4 bus check always failed.

Select BB5 and don't connect phone, then buscheck until it fail. After back to DCT4 buscheck.

1. Select BB5 instead of DCT4
2. Do not connect any phone to the Box
3. Click "Buscheck" and wait for ERROR message to finish (15 seconds)
4. Select DCT4 Phone now and connect your 1202 phone.
5. Click Buscheck and your 1202 DCT4 UPP will be detected now...

Go to "Product Support" tab and click the
* "Restore Box" Button to fix the Box Firmware

hi any idea mates? why i cant bus check all dct4 models....

try
1. change from bb5 to dct4
2. power your phone till it's go to local / test mode
3. change flash clock to 3 MHz
4. scan phone -> can't read or not ? (post result)
5. bus check

but all dct4 always bus check failed

how can i change flash clock to 3 MHz?

wat is the reason to follow this procedure instead of the basic method
