Hello! I have lumia 710 which only vibrate. Flashing fine, but again only vibrate and dont turn on. Phone was repaired by writing "OSBL Qualcomm" and partition from "RM-803_RM-809_BOOTS_RAW". After restore "OSBL DLOAD" (TAB "TP services") phone dont turn on and dont flash. I try again "OSBL Qualcomm" and partition from "RM-803_RM-809_BOOTS_RAW". After this press "Restore Dload":

Hi, Windows sometimes prevents writing on USB. But TP will write it 100% for sure.

Code:
20:48:25 : Restoring DLOAD OSBL...
20:48:25 : Writing Partition 0x46
20:48:26 :
20:48:26 : Nokia OSBL (DLOAD) Restore OK...
20:48:26 :
20:48:26 : Total Elapsed Time 00:00:01,
01 seconds, means nothing was written... use TP method, it will Restore DLOAD.
