Rm-944 is mtk phone and its not supported in atf yet.

Hi, ATF does not support Nokia 108 phone flashing. It is only one
MTK based phone from Nokia. So we don't think is worth to work
for, since many other China based Tools are supporting this phone
already. We better focus on Lumia phones that NO OTHER TOOL
SUPPORTS. When there will be more MTK based Nokia phones, we
will consider updating it to ATF.
