Hello Customers have problems with Nero Keys: SN: 132F00949A13 He gets message after pasting a code from email: Error sending control query, code: 000000026413 Another card with same problem, SN: 132F00949A77 Another problem with Nerokey SN 132F00949B62 message is: The requested serial was not found in our Database or your Card is already Activated! Please contact our Customer Support! It seems all cards which we got from AES, Germany are not added into server. Please kindly check it and tell how to solve it. |

SN: 132F00949A77 I tried to register yesterday and I clicked maybe once or twice to accept an activation code, but after I pasted a code and confirmed - a window with error appeared. I am trying to contact anyone from NeroTeam support, but no answer :( |
this toll project is dead. Product supporters dont exist's if dont exists a updates. So for now "box" is dead for amen:( and do not expect any updates. |
