Change the wifi IC to a wifi model or jailbreak it!

It appears the poster is asking how to restore wifi connectivity on an ipad mini4 4g that has been icloud removed by changing the board ID.
However obviously Apple got wise to this and decided to use a different wifi i.c in 4g models. consequently the software driver for the modem i.c that is bundled with the 2 devices contains non transferable drivers. Thus no driver the the wifi i.c fitted, there are 2 solutions;

1. change the wifi i.c on the device to match the new firmware
or
2. Jail break the device and install the correct driver.

So how does removing the resistors and adding to one location fix it?

Resistor change the board id and converts it to a wifi model, but it doesn't fix the wifi problem !

Also, remove the baseband pmu.
