Iphone 4S blankscreen after wifi module changed


Phone is working, can receive calls, itunesc recognize phone, but blankscreen. Need some help, please! Wifi and bluetooth not working, so i replaced USI 339S0154 ic. After that, ic goes hot, so i removed it and now still blankscreen.

Check using microscope components near lcd connector.. I believe that you accidently removed at least one of them or damaged tracks on board..

Maybe not all of your wifi pins have contact.
I don't think I overheated the CPU.

Tried again with the old chip. Result: if i press harder on wifi chip, screen goes ON

Yes, that's right! One more thing: the CPU is combined by two pieces and i have just the bottom one, i mounted back on mainboard and the display is fine.

Resolder the lcd connector anyway, it may look fine, but not connecting enough. are you using heat gun under the wifi?

What do you mean with the CPU is combined by two pieces?
Did you remove and reball the a5 processor?
I'm waiting for a new wifi chip. Like you said, when wifi is soldered back properly the screen should work again right?
Without wifi chip or incorrect soldered wifi, screen stays black!?

CPU = wifi chip. this chips have two layers... I will post some photos after i charge the camera battery.

I had wifi module over heat when ipower on iphone 4s. And just removed wifi module.. And custemer won't change module bcz of mony cost.. I had never any lcd issue... So their is no any lcd problem if you remove wifi module ...

I can guarantee that this 4S won't display anything, but backlight after removed wifi module.
