sometimes it happens wen u use a after market part on the phone. open the phone and check what had been changed. change it back with the original part, u'll be just fine. the most common part for this error is the screen or sensor. so restore the phone without screen or sensor to see if its working or not and let me know!!

Donate money to this user
Disconnect Flex (Front camera cable) and try restore iPhone in itune.
If work connect Flex again , If not , Check Flex connectoer (socket) , If short separate that and restore again.
