So think back to how this started. You replaced Meson, the phone worked but two days later touch stopped again. You replaced Cumulus (why?) and then the phone died. From a touch perspective, replacing Meson and solidfying the M1 pad with a micro-jumper is the world-wide recognized solution to this issue. If you didn't do that, then you didn't do a full repair in the first place. You obviously either overheated something or caused a solder bridge or blew a part off the board. You have to start probing and inspecting to find the solution yourself so that you can learn from this. The phone is not powering on so start probing the critical power rails to see if there are any shorts. Then check the main voltage rails the PMIC produces to see if something is wrong. Check the Touch circuit. Look for partially dislodged or bridged passive components. Report back and tell us what you have tried. | |

Member: 2456421 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Had similar problem once. One dataline is probably shorted! In my case it was U5302_RF. Check this small IC near the touch IC, reball it! |
