pls help this i try to firmware update this error
ERROR: Firmware file not found. Please select a valid file below.

first download firmware update from support tab
second click on firmware update

next time read first manual

same problem was for me but i solved....just select another file for firmware inside the riff folder....there must be 3 or some...

My friend try to downgrade firmware then upgrade it this will help you
