Yes You can.

Two options:

1. Free 15 days trial (can download all new files + license and have license server for 15 days, after 15 days period can use last activated module - JTAG or eMMC)

2. Buy 30 credits to activate permanent access (License + file support, no need for JTAG/eMMC license switch)

What do You mean wrong firmware ? Wrong firmware for emmc controller, or simply wrong phone firmware ?

Firmware flasher is under development (should support MTK and Samsung, some QC via xml to).
Meanwhile, You can use eMMC plugin (4.07 latest ver) which now supports MTK MBR/EBR to flash single partitions.

Note that MTK models have specific internal file system and for now support is only fo allocated partitions (extx fat32).

For samsung models with GPT based partitioning, simply extract firmware and inject wanted partitions into GPT placeholders. That su supported since emmc plugin was released.

I mean wromg eMMC controller. Phone can't be erased or flash via eMMC or any other way.
