Brother i have check with many pc,s windows xp windows 7
already have do possible solutions
1. Close [BEST] software
2. Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
3. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
4. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
5. Run [BEST] software
6. Enetr your data and get new licence file
But previous license work fine but i can not create new license.
I have many tries on fresh windows too but no success.

.yeah exactly..i changed my pc from windows xp to windows 7 one.
it worked fine in xp. but when i changed to win 7 and tried to register it gets the same hanging problem when tried to register..
fortunately i had old license on my previous pc.. so i copied it from there and pasted here.its working now

Thanks to everybody for test reports.

We have checked server logs, it looks like it was some kind of Network/Internet/DNS problems one day ago, now all is well so activation system works well.
