help me to revive my infinity best dongle

I have infinity best dongle working fine
suddenly one day when i plug the dongle it show usb device not recognize
i try all type of drivers bt same,change pc port,format pc,change pc but same
i also have infinity box which is working fine.
i m using e-gate base reader
please, please, please help me to revive my infinity best i don't want to lose my best

but in my first post I told that I change pc but same result

So Put Smart Card In Other Reader Fix Your Problem Dear.

I think your smart card gone .it happen to my infinity box also .so I think u have to buy new one .no solution for smartcard

if I gave u best card number and infinity box card number than can u please transfer my best activation to infinity box and block best card?

Hello,

We can not move Dongle to Activation.

We can move only Activation from one Main Infinity-Box to another Main Infinity-Box, but we can not replace damaged Dongle with Activation.

Hello,

BEST Dongle Smart-Card can not be used with e-gate Card-Reader.
For BEST Dongle Smart-Card you must use another type of Card-Readers.

So, if you have tried to insert BEST Smart-Card into e-gate Card-Reader - it will be zero results.

Have you tried with another Cart-Reader type ?

now I can use best software
