Nokia TA-1017 Nokia logo & White Display Problem

Phone start with NOKIA logo but after few seconds White Screen appears only.

Operation : Identify [ v1.16 ]

1. Make sure device is powered off. Power off, if need. Wait 10 seconds after
2. Insert USB cable in phone

i flash with multiple Flash Files with Ver downgrade/upgrade but same situation.
