if ihave aproblem with my windows ican change it .
if u can chek my the error in my pc and tell me what can i do so do it pleas.

when i try to open software it show this error

Send + Receive error. ISO7816 error 0x6985 (Command not allowed. Conditions of use not satisfied)

its working fine i do flash fone 3110c with this last time after that close application

after few mint i open application again it show this error

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager: http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar
2. Select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Dongle type)
3. Read Dox serial number S/N
4. If you will see any errors, send problem description and Dongle details to [email protected]
