To all people who has any problems with [BEST] smart-cards (such as "error 6985" etc.).

1. DO NOT send many e-mails to different e-mail addresses and DO NOT many posts in different threads !
2. Use only one e-mail address: [email protected]
3. Send an e-mail that contain:
3.1. Subject: BEST smart-card problem
3.2. Include in your mail full information about your box S/N and other data that you will see during S/N reading. Read S/N with help of Infinity-Box DongleManager: Infinity-Box - Support
3.3. Include in your mail problem description
3.4. Try to remember that you have tried to do BEFORE your box stop to work, it is really important !
3.5. E-mail messages without good explanation will be declined and boxes will not be repaired !

Your box future is in your own hands (3.1. + 3.2. + 3.3. + 3.4. + 3.5.) !

Small hints to save your dongle:
1. do not use any kind of usb-sharing software
2. do not use any kind of sniffers
3. use dongle just for work, not for fun

3.4. i've just used/register another username and email=then error occurs.

pls need help to solve this...

Nice way to be sure that somebody read it.
I think I must block from now and in future each box/user who will make this kind of test just for fun.
What do you think about this idea ?

U card blocked, reason - use HHD Device monitoring studio.
