Hello.

In your device Partition config value is "00000000" (Device not boot enabled):

but accordingly to Live Log for this device, Partition config value should be "00001000" (Boot partition 1 ):

Boot partition enable : Boot partition 1 (Bus width = 1Bit)
Boot ACK : No boot acknowledge sent (default)

Please set Partition config value to "00001000" and then repeat "Smart Repair" (or do "factory Repair") operation again. To set Partition config, go to "eMMC service" tab in Software, press the "Boot operation mode" button and set proper values.
