HI Support Team , I have htc smart as i followed all the step as per ur guide to disable secure flag but it fails . please help what to do , the screen shot is attached in link below :

I have problem in uploading screen shots here, so i attached link .u can also check my posts regarding file attachment but till date not rectified by Admin.

how many flex you have,you know you need third brew os flex for it ?

i have three flex cables and i used the same one as u showed in picture.

ok i am waiting for solution, due hxc protocol cable another problem is now , when i start the device when it reaches to home screen gives message invalid card.

Sir its going late , now i m not able to use sim card in phone due to some problem in unlocking process with hxc protocol cable. I need solution , i cant hand over the phone to customer becos it is not in normal condition.

Sir i hard reseted the phone but same error invalid card without sim card and with sim card hangs on htc logo with invalid card message.

my phone was from Airtel India tried with flash also.
