What you mean?
Software 2.9.0.0 / 2.9.0.1 doesn't start?
Is this problem related to old box or new box?
Did you try to reinstall box drivers?
We need more info to solve problem.

I activated Z3x Pro in my old Z3x box and I want to buy first time Only Easy Jitag one new but now available in market Z3x Jitag plus box.
So What we will do ? will lose our Z3x Pro activated money ? Help Us Please give option without "Pro" to Easy jitag for Z3x Pro user.

Hi,

Did you install all required drivers?
Did you try EasyJTAG Classic 2.9.0.1?
Also, you should use latest EasyJTAG Plus software.

Is possible Jtag Activation and can use with jtag hardware !!! Because I have activated recently Z3X Pro in this card therefor I can't buy Jtag plus box.
Help me.

hello Mr Blang i want to know if easy jtag can recovery user data like (photo ,videos,sms,contacts) for latest android phones like Android 6 and 7 ?

Yes .
But if frp is on then you can't get access to enter in userdata partition.
Its show userdata partition is encrypted.

yes i reinstall software and all drivers but problem same i reinstall windows also and old software runs without any problem
i have v1 box z3x activated lg tool activated jtag activated lg runs z3x runs jtag old software runs

Hi,
Please, install EasyJTAG Classic 2.9.0.1. When software closed, press and hold CNTRL button, then launch software. It will force box firmware update.
After box firmware update use latest EasyJTAG Plus drivers. Also manually reinstall all box drivers. It can solve problems in most cases.

1.i have old easy jtag box more then 3 year i am using it.now your team launch new plus box.so i want to use its too...but will you please tell me that can i update this box in plus or i have to buy new hardware box + smart card or just hardware box.or only smart card.
