He has written in good English but if don't have answer for new firmware or u r unable add more firmware then other competitive box providing then don't reply this way.
Announcing for ufs v2 but not given any demonstration or example how to do.

By launching good not best product your team is not best but by fullfil thier very basic need of new emmc firmware support, emmc model wise partition info(user area,bp1 bp2 size) , also not providing extcsd info and extcsd file in support. This is basic need of all your users. Also give some helping text in support.

Product will best when after sell support are so powerful.

Not that many users are suffering more after purchasing WORLD BEST PRODUCTS.

Hello , there is a some forum posting rules. I did not understand what eMMC chips are not supported or this is about eMMC Firmware but no details given

Again and again there is a thread for requests. Our supporters will decide what to do and with what priority e.g immediately stop all UFS works and begin to upload extcsd images on support ;-)

UFS Memory requires little more time for testing , debugging etc. be patient. We working hard to make all things in time.

you have a bad support for customers like me who already bought your box.
I am tired to post a problem with my SmartCard of my EasyJtag Box, I only can open EasyJtag software and I cant download any file and now after last firmware update I cant open SamsungTool Pro and LG software, I can Open old samsung tool, and Blang said me I have to buy other smart card to replace old one,
Where can I buy an empty smart card??? I have visited a lot of web sites and all resellers said same thing: THEY DON'T SALES SMART CARDS.
So? What can I do???
